SHIPPING & RETURNS
We can ship upon receiving your order, or if you need the parcel received on a specific date - we've got you! Prices will vary, and the respective cost will adjust as you select your preferred shipping. Please note that we depend on local shipping companies to deliver your items and cannot guarantee exact date deliveries on their behalf. You do however, have our promise to connect with the shipping companies for timely deliveries.
For curated gift boxes and ready-to-ship items - please allow 2-3 business days to package; and 3-5 business days for customized items and boxes. Shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days.
LOCAL PICK UP
Curb-side pick up is available in Calgary. Orders will be ready for pick up roughly 2-5 business days. If you need a gift right away - we will do our best to assist you - please email us at email@example.com prior to placing your order for confirmation of pick-up availability.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love our products, so please connect with us within seven (7) days of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your return/exchange if you are dissatisfied. We will review your request and confirm within three (3) business days on our decision.
If a return is agreed upon, please know that all shipping costs are non-refundable and the refund will not be processed until the items are received by YYC Collective; it is recommended to send your return items through tracked parcel, as we are not responsible for lost returned items. Shipping costs to get the item back to YYC Collective are the responsibility of the customer. Same policy will apply for exchanges, as well as new shipping costs for exchanged items. Curb-side drop off, and pick up can be arranged.
Customized items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
